With your registration an account will be created for you. This has the advantage that you can not only view your orders and download your patterns at any time, but also create bookmarks with your favourite patterns, with articles on sewing, videos or blog posts of interest to you.

In the registration window you can request a new password. All you need to do is enter your email address that’s linked to your account at ANIMA-arte.

At www.anima-arte.com/newsletter you only need to enter a valid email address and your name. You will then receive your first welcome email and a voucher code.

If you do not receive our newsletter or the welcome email, this can have several reasons. 

If you have already checked your SPAM or junk folder and cannot find our newsletter there either, there are a few other possibilities why our newsletter is not received:

    First of all, try adding us to your address book, so your email client will know that you know and trust us. All you have to do is enter our email address newsletter(at)anima-arte.com to your address book.

    once you’ve done that, check your spam filter settings to make sure you haven’t blocked our address or content.

You can purchase our patterns online in our webshop after creating an account with us. Unfortunatly we cannot accept orders by post, email or telephone.

At the moment we do not offer physical copies of our patterns. Our patterns are digital products – you can print them out as a PDF file. After the purchase you can see them in your customer account and download them at any time. You can also save them on your computer and print them out anytime. 

Unfortunately we do not offer paper printed copies of our sewing patterns at the moment. 

After initiating your first purchase with ANIMA-arte, an account will be created for you. There you can see all orders and you can download your purchased patterns at any time.

Open the ANIMA-arte pattern with Adobe Reader (free download here) and in the printer settings select “Actual Size”. The pattern must be unscaled so that it prints out in the correct size.  Make sure that the “Actual Size” or “Print at 100%” box is checked rather than the “Scale” or “Custom scale” box.

Please check first whether the dimensions of the check boxes are correct. These must be 1 inch x 1 inch or 2,54 x 2,54 cm. If this is not the case, please set “actual size” in the print properties before printing. The pattern must be printed unscaled to ensure that it is the correct size. 

On each page cut the pattern along the right and bottom edges and glue or tape the pieces together so that the corresponding letters and numbers line up exactly. All lines should join together and the outlines should be clearly visible.

At the moment there are no official sewing videos available as of now. We are working on being able to offer video tutorials in the near future.

Purchased patterns and sewing instructions displayed on our website are primarily intended for private use. 

For limited commercial sale (up to 50 pieces per year) of products made after one of our patterns, you need a license for each pattern. Please email us with the respective product request at contact(at)anima-arte.com. You’ll then receive all relevant information on how to proceed.

For use in a workshop/sewing course, you will also need a license for each pattern. 

You should know how to operate your sewing machine and be familiar with basic sewing techniques.

Usually seam allowances are already included in our patterns. If this isn’t the case, it’s clearly written in the patterns and/or in the instructions. Please read the instructions completely before cutting to size.

Our instructions are usually written in a way that even beginners can understand them clearly. 

With our patterns you always find exact fabric recommendations, which is recommended to stick to. For example if you decide to use fraying fabric for a pattern that calls for raw edges, the end-results might not meet your expectations.
