PAYMENT- & SHIPPING TERMS

 

We offer you the following payment types. Simply browse the list for the best payment type for you. Shipping costs may vary depending on the payment type selected. The prices given in the respective offers are final and include all price components (including any applicable tax such as value-added tax (VAT)). Other taxes (e.g. those applicable to intra-Community purchases) and/or duties (e.g. customs duty) are only incurred in connection with cross-border transactions and are payable to the respective customs and/or tax authorities and not the vendor. The costs of shipping and delivery are not included in the purchase price and can be viewed on the “Shipping costs” page. They are indicated separately during the order process and to be paid by you in addition to the purchase price.

 

Payment

Credit card

We offer payment via both Visa and Mastercard credit cards. After entering your credit card details and checking them, the payment service Stripe will debit your account. Your credit card details will not be saved by us. 

PayPal

PayPal is a free online payment service with which you can pay simply and easily with one click. After entering your order, you will then be redirected to the Paypal page, where you can log in and pay. If you do not yet have a PayPal account, you can set one up at www.paypal.de. Your bank or credit card information will then be stored by Paypal and not by us. When the payment process is completed on the Paypal website, you will then receive your order confirmation. Payment in advance

Conveniently transfer from your bank account (delivery time for this payment method is up to 3 days). You will receive our bank account details after purchase. Please be sure to include the order number with the transfer.

 

Shipping

There are no shipping costs for digital products.Digital products are delivered as a download link via email to the email address specified when ordering. If a customer account has previously been created by the customer, the digital products are also stored in the customer account. Shipping costs for physical goods are calculated at checkout.
